1. Sourcing and Transporting raw materials and creation of wax model

2. Heating Iron
- The process starts with scrap iron being beaten re peatedly when hot
3. Beating (forging)
- Desired shape is given carefully by beating it at necessary spots.
4. Cutting
- Then unnecessary portions are cut away and filed to remove sharp objects
5. Shapping and Joining
- The various parts are the finally cut and assembled
6. Finishing
- On completion, varnish coat is applied to enhance the luster.
