Overview of Techniques involved
1. Sourcing and Transporting raw materials
- Metal, Enammel
- Various hand tools and instruments
- Trims and accessories
2. Design Sketching
- The outline is drawn to based on which the design is prepared.
- Simultaneously the final design drawign is also prepared.
- Once the gold or silver is melted, this is poured into a sheet mold so that this can be molded into a small bar.
3. Engraving
- The area where the enammeling is to be donw is hand engraved.
4. Enammeling
- The engraved area is then filled with the enamel .
5. Firing and re enammeling
- After firing the first color the consequent colors are filled one by one in the same format.
6. Finishing
- Once all the colors are done filled the surface is then finished.
7. Polishing
- The surface is then polished.
8. Assembling
- The trims if any are then attached to finish the product.
